Hello back world !

After a few months of inactivity, a new blog post, woot !

What has been happening in the meantime ? Well, after coming for the Coding Bootcamp, I've chosen to stay in Prague. It is such a wonderful and relaxing city and also a new tech hub so why not ? It is a nice change from Paris.

A human-sized city, with a wonderful expat community, and with a very strong work-oriented culture. Not to mention in proximity to amazing European cities, making weekend trips a possibility that I gladly enjoy. Poland, Germany, Slovakia.. Or even some nice Czech cities such as Karlovy Vary

Personal reasons made me choose a full-time job that was not in the industry for these last 8 months, while keeping on learning new things

• React, love the components-based approach
• Styled-components for React, a css-in-js lib that makes styling a breeze and avoid all of the typical conflcits
• Node.js, an amazing way to create back-ends with js
• Express.js, which even though it is not maintained anymore is a wonderful web framework built on tope of node, abstracting it
• More ES6
• Even more ES6
• More vim commands, making me really more efficient

The good news ? Hard works pays off. More info in September !
