Background
I'm Alexandre, based in Prague. Nine years of building software: four as principal engineer at ShapeShift, a crypto wallet used worldwide, then AI products at Vultisig and with founder teams.
I also contribute to open source projects used by thousands of developers, and I speak English, French and Spanish.

Do I need to know what to automate?
No. Bring one frustrating task or business problem. Finding it is what the first day is for.
Do I need technical staff?
No. I handle the technical work and show your team how to use what we build.
What happens to our data?
Before connecting anything, we agree what data is needed, who can see it and which services may process it. I'm happy to sign an NDA.
What if it breaks?
We agree up front how problems are spotted, how your team keeps working by hand in the meantime, and who fixes it. That goes in the quote.
How fast will we see something?
You get the written plan within a week of the day. Build time depends on the project and access to your systems, and every quote has dates.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the accounts and the documentation are yours from day one, set up in your name so nothing depends on me.
What does the AI itself cost to run?
It depends on the task and volume. I estimate it before launch and bill provider charges separately, at cost, so you always see the real number.
